As stated on the Nava label, Nava recommends consuming the product within 2-days of receiving the bottle. You can refill as much as you want within those 2-days, however, the fruit should be thrown out after that.
Nava is not responsible for product that falls outside of this window.
Minimum order for delivery is a 2-pack.
BOTTLE RETURN POLICY
Nava Water is an environmentally friendly company and makes every effort to reduce it’s creation of landfill. When you order your second 2-pack of Nava Water, give your old bottle back to the delivery driver for a $0.50 credit to your account, which you can use at any time. It’s our way of saying thanks for helping us reduce landfill.
To be eligible, fruit must be removed from bottle.
Shipping cost is a $5 flat fee for deliveries to addresses that fall within the Delivery Zone. To view suburbs that fall within the Delivery Zone, please click here.
Nava Water does not provide your information to any third parties under any circumstances. Nava does, however, keep your information on file for Nava-related reporting and for important communications related to terms updates, product changes, etc.
When a customer signs up to a weekly subscription with Nava, they give Nava approval to automatically debit the weekly subscription fee from the customer’s account every week. The day that this charge occurs is subject to change.
To be eligible for the subscription, the customer must fall within the Delivery Zone.
The subscription fee of $13.90 per week does not include a $5 flat fee for delivery, which will be charged at the time of automatic debit every week.
7-days cancellation notice must be given to opt out of the subscription, unless otherwise specified in writing by a Nava Water representative.
